I used to have acne like yours and here's what helped:
1. If you wear makeup, use olive oil to remove it. Just massage it into your skin and wipe off the makeup with a small cloth.
2. A gentler cleanser. I use Cetaphil, but the Garnier one might be okay.
3. A spot treatment for pimples. When I get the really painful, under-the-skin spots, I make a mixture with equal parts apple cider vinegar, lemon/lime juice, and water. I put this directly on the pimple (it's too harsh to use on the whole face) and in a few hours the pimple shrunk and hurts less. You can use this if you run out of Epiduo but you should never use them at the same time. I use it because I'm allergic to Epiduo.
4. Moisturize. A lot of people with acne skip this step because we tend to have oily skin, but this step is important because it will stop your skin from making as much oil. Nature Republic Aloe Vera Gel is really good because it helps with redness and it makes the skin feel refreshed and moisturized.
5. Exfoliate. I use a green clay mask once a week and it removes all the oil and helps remove my black heads.
Also, I recommend that you Google the ingredients in the products that you use so that you can see if they are good for your skin. Eskinol has alcohol in it so it might dry out your skin and give you more dark marks and the BL cream has whitening agents that can irritate your acne even more. Almost everything that makes your skin whiter will give you more acne.
Hi! Thank you so much for the suggestions! Sorry I wasnt able to view my blog since I was very busy in school. Thanks! I am going to try your suggestions!
Hi! As for my case, my tita is a head nurse in the states so I got my free epiduo gel samples from her. But, I do think you need prescription when using it. also, I guess there are available epiduo gels in the internet, maybe you could try even without consultation with a doctor just keeping in mind that trying would give different result from what I experienced :D goodluck!
hi please take time to review this beauty product from iwon

DeleteHi. Do you need a prescription when buying an epiduo gel?
